Article Processing Charges
Kavya Setu is an open-access, multidisciplinary journal dedicated to promoting high-quality research and scholarly contributions. To maintain the journal's operations, cover editorial and peer-review costs, and ensure the long-term availability of published articles, we charge an Article Processing Charge (APC) of ₹2000 INR per accepted manuscript.
1. What Does the APC Cover?
The ₹2000 INR APC helps cover:
✔ Manuscript processing and editorial management
✔ Double-blind peer review and quality assurance
✔ Typesetting, formatting, and final publication
✔ Permanent open-access hosting on the journal’s website
✔ Indexing and digital preservation for global accessibility
2. Payment Details
Authors will be required to pay the APC only after their manuscript has been accepted following the peer-review process. There are no submission fees.
Payment Methods:
Payment details will be provided in the acceptance email. Authors can complete the payment via:
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Other Online Payment Options (as specified in the acceptance email)
After payment, authors must send the transaction receipt along with their paper title and author details to kavyasetujournal@gmail.com for verification.
3. Waiver & Discounts
Kavya Setu is committed to supporting researchers. APC waivers or discounts may be considered for:
- Students and researchers from low-income regions (upon request).
- Authors facing financial constraints (subject to editorial discretion).
To request a waiver, authors must submit a formal request at the time of manuscript submission, detailing their circumstances.
4. Refund Policy
- APC is non-refundable, except in cases of journal-side errors (e.g., duplicate processing).
- If an article is withdrawn by the author after payment, the APC will not be refunded.
