भारत की विदेश नीति पिछले कुछ वर्षों में तेज़ी से विकसित हुई है। एक ओर अंतरराष्ट्रीय शक्तिसंतुलन बदल रहा है, तो दूसरी ओर भारत एक उदयमान शक्ति के रूप में वैश्विक मंच पर अपनी जगह बना रहा है। भारत ने परंपरागत गुटनिरपेक्षता की विरासत से आगे बढ़कर “रणनीतिक स्वायत्तता“ का मार्ग अपनाया है, जिसका अर्थ है भारत अपने राष्ट्रीय हितों के अनुरूप स्वतंत्र रुख बनाए रखेगा। वर्तमान वैश्विक परिदृश्य, जिसमें रूस-यूक्रेन युद्ध, अमेरिका-चीन प्रतिद्वंद्विता, बहुपक्षीय मंचों का बदलता स्वरूप, और उभरती चुनौतियाँ जैसे ऊर्जा सुरक्षा व डिजिटल परिवर्तन शामिल हैं - में भारत संतुलित एवं बहुआयामी विदेश नीति पर चल रहा है। नीचे विभिन्न समकालीन घटनाक्रमों के संदर्भ में भारत की भूमिका और रणनीति का विश्लेषण किया गया है।
